Serious Case Reviews
Following the unexpected death of a child the Milton Keynes Safeguarding Children Board may carry out a Serious Case Review, following the guidance contained in the HM Government document 'Working Together to Safeguard Children' 2006. Serious Case Reviews result in the publication of an Executive Summary report.

Milton Keynes Safeguarding Children Board recently completed a serious case review following the death of Child B. The Executive Summary report is available to download: Executive Summary Child B
